These clip-on folding leg extensions raise the Mini 3 about 30mm off the ground — which sounds trivial until you remember the drone's camera and gimbal hang barely a centimetre above whatever surface you take off from. On the wet grass, mud, sand and gravel that make up most UK launch sites, that clearance is the difference between a clean takeoff and grit in the gimbal mechanism.
The legs fold flat against the airframe, so the drone still fits in its case with them fitted, and at roughly 20g they cost you a minute or two of flight time rather than any handling. Installation is a tool-free clip fit that doesn't block the battery door or arm folding.
